In 2006, BBC Radio 5 Live commissioned USP Content to provide production of their live Formula 1 coverage, with the commentary team of David Croft, Maurice Hamilton and Holly Samos at the wheel all around the world.
The last 5 years of coverage has undoubtedly coincided in a rapid rise in the profile of the sport. USP has brought a main-event feel to 5 Live Formula 1 at a time when Britain’s Lewis Hamilton took the world by storm becoming F1’s youngest ever World Champion.
Now as their 6th year comes to a close, Sebastian Vettel has become F1’s youngest ever double world champion, with the team of Crofty, Anthony Davidson and Natalie Pinkham there at every corner.
